Used before when carpet right 9 years ago. Very pleased so went back yesterday for bedroom carpet!!walked in to find young lad with feet up on desk playing on phone desk full of rubbish! Had to approach another young lad standing by,where cheap bedroom carpet was he pointed me in right direction towards the back, hoping he would follow to test his sale skills.. Totally not interested!!!! WILL NEVER GO TO UNITED CARPETS AGAIN!!!
