Took a bag back Faulty and wouldnt give us a refund,cashier kept saying credit note After several phone calls to Boss in Birmingham kept saying credit note Cashier said there is a manufacturing problem,explained its your problem as retailer Told her Training standards would be intrested as faulty Said it loud enough so several other customers heard and walked out After another phone call to boss in urdu so couldnt understand,finally gave us money back (did hear in English Trading standards),but money didnt come from till came from a drawer.very suspicious took cash strsight to bank to check. Wouldnt even give 1 star AVOID!
