My nan brought a carpet it was fitted 18/5/16 the fitters told my nan she would have to get doors plained down so she rang the shop u sent a man round who charged a pensioner 40 for 3 doors who done the job on the new carpet i have taken photos the mess was terrible wiuld like tsome sort of comp for the stress it has caused my nan utterly disgusted
