Disgusted with the lack of service from this store, ordered a carpet three weeks ago letting the store know we need it fitting on Friday as our new bed arrives Monday, was shocked when we get a call Thursday night at 19.10pm to let us know the carpet won't be here until next week we explained that we had dismantled our bed and our new bed comes Monday we told them we want a refund to then be told he needs authorisation, so we headed out to the store to resolve this matter to then be told that the managing director will personally collect the carpet to ensure its fitted...then have a guess what happened we got a call today at 9.30am to be told sorry we just can't get it what a terrible company with empathy to the stress and messing about they've caused IF YOU DONT WANT DISAPOINTMENT DONT USE THIS COMPANY
